In 1997 Ladamax was incorporated, with Glen Bailey (Previously the M.D, of
Bailey Ladders) as the sole director and shareholder. With a simple aim of providing
a viable alternative in the industry by designing and manufacturing 'WORLD CLASS
INDUSTRIAL LADDER PRODUCT', Ladamax entered the industry.
The company has been structured as a small company with very sophisticated
manufacturing technology and business systems, which we aim to improve. The
company's position statement is simple. "WE DON'T WANT TO BE THE LARGEST,
BUT WE WOULD LIKE TO BE CONSIDERED THE BEST".
